Hospice Program -

A Special Kind of Caring

The Hospice program provides comprehensive services to the terminally ill patients and their caregivers. It meets physical, spiritual and emotional needs of the individual and family maintaining their dignity in the end stages of a terminal illness. The program affirms living and dying as a normal process of life and supports this through an interdisciplinary team approach. 

Mental Health Program -

Home visits made for family and marriage counseling; administration of intramuscular injections and health teaching; counseling for substance abuse, family violence, loss of job. Elderly care management and assistance with referrals to community agencies.

Hi-Tech Programs -

Home visits provided by a Registered Nurse who interprets, counsels and monitors patients by using:

• Cardiac Telemonitoring
• INR Testing by Coagucheck
• Doppler Ultrasound
• Glucose Monitoring
• Wound V.A.C. Therapy

Community Service Programs -

• Blood Pressure Clinics
• Influenza & Pneumococcal Immunization Clinics
• Cholesterol & Glucose Screenings
• Bereavement & Support Counseling
